Construction Industry Attorneys at Your Fingertips
American Bar Associations' Referral Services
Finding your way through the legal system is never an easy task. Sometime finding a lawyer with the experience you need can be just as hard. If you want to find a lawyer that has worked with the construction industry and knows how to handle your issues, there are many resources on the web. Since LienItNow's services include processing, filing and ensuring service of your lien documents, legal representation is not included. LienItNow is not a law firm, and cannot represent you on a legal issue, or represent you in court.
Luckily for all of us, the American Bar Association provides a referral service, and can direct you to the attorneys that fit your need. Additionally, all 50 States have bar associations that may be able to help you. Links to find a local attorney can be found below or through the ABA. LienItNow's services and products are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. While our site is based on lower cost through the power of "do it yourself", if you need help specific to your issue, you can use this page to find a lawyer who can provide the assist.
When you are searching for an attorney, we strongly suggest finding one who is familiar with construction lien claims, and with construction disputes generally. In some states, such as Florida, attorneys can be certified as specialists in construction litigation. In states such as those, it would be most beneficial to use an attorney with such a certification. In states without such certifications, attorneys who concentrate their practice in construction are recommended. A good resource for finding attorneys specializing or concentrating their practice in construction litigation is SuperLawyers, which selects attorneys based on their skills in a certain area of law, such as construction.
