Once building permits are issued, a new Walmart superstore is set to begin building in Cochran, Wyoming. The store is going to be 183,000 square feet. This Walmart calls for almost 700 parking spaces, a large outdoor garden center, and a drive through pharmacy. There is a bit of work to be done on the property before construction starts. In some neighboring cities, citizens objected to a Walmart being built, because it would disturb the small community life. Cochran, however, did not object very much, approval came smoothly.
